Meet The Author

Meet The Author

Hi, I’m Amanda! 

I’m a coffee-drinking, positivity-spreading enthusiast of all things creative, organized, and inspirational.

I live in Charlotte, NC and I’m originally from Eastern North Carolina. I created Intentionally Amanda as a place to share advice, inspiration, and personal experiences with you.

But why would I do that? Glad you asked! Over the years, I’ve learned how important it is to wake up each day with a positive attitude. I’ve personally seen the difference that a positive attitude can make in my day-to-day life. What I’ve also noticed is that positivity is incredibly infectious and a little bit goes a LONG way. It doesn’t always come easily, though, and that’s where intention comes into play. It’s so important to wake up each day and remember to check in with your mind, your body, your heart, and your soul. Know where your heading, make sure that what you’re spending your time on is aligned with the “big picture.” Forget habits. Live with intention.

My goal is for the thoughts, ideas, and conversations that begin on this page to be a small spark of inspiration that you need today.
